On Conscious Breathing & The Power Of Breathing Together

Breath is fuel for our being. It ignites our life force.  Conscious breath can support the immune system to keep the body healthy and vital.  Conscious breathing also gives energy to the things we envision consciously or unconsciously and speeds up their manifestation.

Conscious breathing is the fastest way to get out of the forward bound realm of the mind and thoughts into the always present and here realm of the body. It allows us to nourish the body and be resourced for the creations at hand.

Like a tree in a forest would never think of itself as separate, neither should man do so. Yet that is not the reality in our largely disconnected high tech times. Many a people feel themselves alone , not all one, but alone.

To breathe together with a larger organism, like a group of people synchronously, can be an effective shortcut to become part of the forest again, of the human family.

As we allow for that experience, the heart opens. The resulting health benefits and increase in life experience are too many to list here, but it for sure is the real deal.

It’s the realization of oneness!  Breathe as one, do as one, do from the heart that is connected to all hearts.
